Yeah, it was fun to be the 'cleaner' in a school and present a different point of view.
Role Play in pairs
An opportunity to empathise with how our problem is affecting people through role play.
Rewriting our Problem Statement
With the idea of 'sitting with the problem' we teased out the problem. Lots of thinking, lots of questions. I love that the process is so collaborative.
How Might We Statement
Through discussion of the problem, lots of notes, diagrams to aid understanding we finally arrived at a statement. It felt like a great step to have this question.
How Might We make this school's institutional knowledge transparent and accessible for all staff?
Crazy 8's Ideation Task
Eight ideas in eight minutes, more or less. No idea too crazy. It didn't matter about the execution, it was just an idea at this point. It wasn't about the artwork either, thankfully.
The dots were added later as others supported the ideas.
Identifing our network of support
Who will journey with us on this project. Who will support, be the experts, be the users. In short who is our Tribe.
It was a fabulous beginning and definitely a kick start into the project.
